1. Agreement to Terms

By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Muddlers Mobile Bar ("we", "our", "us") provides premium mobile cocktail bar services for events throughout Cyprus. Please read these terms carefully before confirming your booking.

2. Service Description

Muddlers Mobile Bar provides:

• Professional mobile bar setup and teardown
• Experienced bartenders
• Premium cocktail ingredients and garnishes
• Bar equipment, glassware, and ice
• Customizable cocktail menus

Services are available for weddings, private parties, corporate events, and special occasions across all Cyprus regions including Limassol, Nicosia, Larnaca, Paphos, and Ayia Napa.

3. Booking and Confirmation

3.1 Quote Requests

Quote requests submitted through our website or contact channels are not binding. We will provide a detailed quote within 48 hours of receiving your inquiry.

3.2 Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only when:

• You accept our written quote
• The required deposit is paid

3.3 Availability

Services are subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for peak season events (May-October) and 2-3 weeks for off-season events.

4. Pricing and Payments

4.1 Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of €300 is required to secure your booking. The deposit must be paid within 7 days of accepting the quote.

4.2 Final Payment

The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event date. Events will not proceed without full payment received.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and cash payments. All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT.

4.4 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

• Service extensions beyond agreed hours (€50-100 per hour)
• Additional guests exceeding the quoted number (€4-25 per person) depending on the event
• Travel to remote locations (to be agreed in advance)
• Last-minute menu changes (subject to availability)

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Client Cancellation

• Less than 14 days before event: 100% of deposit fee charged (no refund)

5.2 Force Majeure

In case of extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule your event. If rescheduling is not possible, a 50% refund of paid fees will be provided.

5.3 Our Cancellation

If we must cancel due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, or we will arrange a suitable replacement service provider at no extra cost.

6. Event Requirements

6.1 Venue Access

The client must ensure:

• Clear access to setup area at least 2 hours before service start time
• Adequate space for bar setup (minimum 3m x 2m)
• Adequate lighting for evening events
• Weather protection for outdoor events (tent/marquee)

6.2 Guest Information

Client must provide final guest count and any dietary restrictions/allergies at least 7 days before the event.

6.3 Alcohol Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated individuals or anyone under 18 years old. Our bartenders are trained in responsible alcohol service according to Cyprus law.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance. We are liable for damage or injury directly caused by our negligence during service provision. Our liability is limited to the total value of your booking.

7.2 Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for:

• Guest behavior and consumption
• Venue damage not caused by our staff or equipment
• Ensuring venue insurance covers the event
• Compliance with venue rules and regulations

7.3 Equipment Damage

Clients are responsible for any damage to our equipment (glassware, bar setup, tools) caused by guests or venue conditions. Replacement costs will be invoiced separately.

8. Intellectual Property

Photos and videos taken at your event may be used for our marketing purposes (website, social media) unless you explicitly opt out in writing. Our cocktail recipes, branding, and service methods are proprietary and protected by intellectual property rights.

9. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations. Your information is used solely for service delivery and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

10. Menu Changes

Menu changes requested less than 14 days before the event are subject to ingredient availability and may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to substitute ingredients of similar quality if originals become unavailable.

11. Complaints and Disputes

11.1 Complaints Procedure

Any complaints must be reported in writing within 7 days of your event to muddlersmobilebar@gmail.com. We will investigate and respond within 14 days.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Cyprus courts.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any legal proceedings must be conducted in Cyprus courts.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Bookings made before changes are governed by the terms in effect at the time of booking.
